Bumble quietly published its third-quarter 2026 results in a report filed with the SEC. The company did not hold its usual earnings release or investor call, as it is currently in the process of being sold. According to the report, quarterly revenue was $207.1 million, down 16% from $246.2 million a year earlier. Revenue came in within the company's August guidance of $205–213 million.
Revenue and paying users breakdown
Bumble App generated $167.3 million, while Badoo and other assets brought in $39.8 million. Total paying users reached 3.08 million: 1.99 million on Bumble and 1.09 million on Badoo and other services. Paying users on Bumble App fell 15.1% year over year, and those on Badoo and other segments fell 11.8%. Average revenue per paying user on Bumble was $28.02.
Net income and deal status
Net income for the quarter was $31.6 million, compared with $51.6 million in Q3 2025. The planned sale to Ithaca Holdings was announced in October. Under the $1.3 billion deal, shareholders will receive $6.05 per share in cash. Shareholders have already approved the transaction, but it still requires regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. Once completed, Bumble will become a private company.
