- Check whether the issue is on the provider’s side (this page and the official status page), then switch traffic to a backup provider or method if you use cascading or smart routing. Tell players or customers about delays early, and log failed transactions so you can retry or reconcile them later.
- Why are Volt payments declined when the status is operational?
- Status pages cover platform-wide incidents. Declines for one merchant are usually caused by risk rules, issuer blocks, scheme restrictions for the vertical, limits or KYC — contact your account manager.
